SHIPPING POLICY / TERMS OF SERVICE

Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Processing Time:

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow us up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders usually are processed and shipped twice a week excluding weekends and Spanish and international official holidays.

2. Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping options for domestic (within the Spain and EU) and international orders: UPS / FedEx / DHL and International Post (by Correos Spain).

Usually you can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method and shipping method could be changed by us under certain circumstances. Shipping methods shown during checkout represent the standard delivery option. Furth Barcelona S.L. reserves the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level when required due to operational, customs or logistical reasons. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations. Carrier may vary depending on destination and logistics conditions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

UPS/FedEx/DHL: Reliable and fast, offer door-to-door tracking and delivery services. Delivery times vary based on the destination but generally range 2-5 business days for any orders.

International Post (by Correos), Paquete, tracked: This economical option is suitable for customers seeking budget-friendly shipping for acceries only. International Post delivery times vary significantly based on the destination, however are not that much longer as express above. Maximum ranging from 7-21 business days for international orders (not the best option for high shopping seasons).

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You will be able to view the shipping charges before completing your purchase. Depending on the season you might be eligible for the free shipping. Please note during the free shipping we can select onw delivery method based on certain circumstances.

4. Customs and Import Taxes:

For international orders, please be aware that in most cases they are subject to customs processing and local import regulations which may affect delivery time. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine the additional costs prior to placing an order.

US: No VAT tax applied, but you will need to pay 2.7% customs duties on arrival over 800 USD invoice value equivalent

International orders including USA typically face customs duties.

USA: as of 29 August 2025 the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) ended the ‘de minimis’ exemption (under which packages under US $800 entered duty-free). The legal basis is the Executive Order 14257 (and related IEEPA-based orders) which set a minimum duty - often 15% for imports from the European Union. In compliance with recent tariffs regulations, US customers are responsible for approximately 15% import duty on their orders as all ENDORPHIN.ES products country of origin is Spain.

EU: VAT will be added to orders accordingly to a certain country. % of VAT applied according to the internal regulations of country of the customer in application one stop shop (ventanilla unica) UOSS register in Spain 202303583640004Y

EU orders with VAT number:

Intra-EU VIES verified/validated VAT number owners (all EU countries except Spain). If you have a VIES Intra-EU validated VAT number - proceed with the order as is with payment of VAT and stating all your company details in the INFO/COMMENT section during the checkout. Important: after the order was made we kindly ask you to write us to info @ endorphin.es or CONTACT form duplicating your order number, company billing/shipping data and VAT number details. Those orders need additional procedure and in reply within a 5 working days after the order processed and shipped - we will send you an updated VAT free invoice with your business data and will refund you VAT for your order using original payment method. Unfortunately store engine doesn’t allow us to automatically verify your VAT number.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with invoice and a tracking number to track your package's progress. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Undeliverable Packages:

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, the order will be treated as a customer return. All shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

7. Minumum order quantity

Please understand that minumum order quantity is 90 EUR. We have a small team and that allows us to concentrate on important stuff.

RETURN POLICY

We strongly recommend not to take advantage of return if you would like to try the unit initially.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Please read below our return policy carefully as abuse of the return policy may result in partial refunds or refusal of returns.

1. Return Period:

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase WITHIN 14 DAYS from delivery as provided by EU consumer law. No exceptions are made beyond this period. This return policy does not affect statutory consumer rights. Consumers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at: support @ endorphin.es or CONTACT form on our website within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization form

b. Clearly state your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

c. Once your return request is approved, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

d. Within the 14 days after your request was approved, ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team with the tracked shipping method and include the RMA form supplied by the support team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping method is of the customer's choice but the shipping must be tracked. The earlier we receive the item back - the earlier we refund.

4. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Shipping costs may be deducted where applicable. The refund is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Refund exceptions

A deduction may be applied if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. We retain the right to increase the deduction depending on the unit condition or refuse returns for items purposely displaying excessive wear.

6. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

7. Return Shipping Costs:

If a return is initiated under the EU right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at: support @ endorphin.es or CONTACT form on our website with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange of the item.

9. Refused or unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the order will be treated as a return initiated by the customer. All shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and carrier handling fees will be deducted from the refund. If a package is not collected from the carrier or pickup location and is returned to us, all shipping and carrier return fees will be deducted from the refund.

In accordance with Spanish consumer regulations, Furth Barcelona, S.L. (doing business as ENDORPHIN.ES ®) provides official complaint forms (Hojas de Quejas y Reclamaciones) to consumers.

WARRANTY

1-year warranty is guaranteed from the product's purchase date in case of any manufacturing errors or other functional deficiencies during runtime. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

The warranty does not apply in case of:

  • damage caused by misuse

  • mechanical damage arising from careless treatment (dropping, vigorous shaking, mishandling, etc.)

  • damage caused by liquids or powders penetrating the device

  • heat damage caused by overexposure to sunlight or heating

  • electric damage caused by improper connecting

The warranty covers replacement or repair, as decided by us. Please contact us via email for a return authorization before sending anything. Shipping costs of sending a module back for servicing is paid by the customer.
